CIT track is located in the suburb of Bishopstown, to the south-west of Cork city, and close to Wilton and Cork University Hospital.

If you are arriving into Cork from the east (N25\Waterford) or the north-east (N8\Dublin) continue through Jack Lynch tunnel and along South Ring Road (N25) until Bishopstown exit. Turn right at roundabout, following signs for CIT.

Arriving into Cork from the north-west (N20\Limerick), continue into Cork city centre and follow signage for N71 (West Cork) until you reach Dennehy’s Cross (“Coffee Station” on left). Turn right and continue out Model Farm Road. Turn left at Rossa Avenue (“Ultralase” on left) and turn right at roundabout for CIT.
