 Derval O’Rourke of Leevale, pictured right, set a new Irish junior record while winning the 60 metres hurdles in 8.46 seconds at the British Junior Indoor Championships in Birmingham yesterday. Ciara Sheehy of West Dublin also set a junior record in the 200m in a time of 23.96, on her way to a double with the 60m. |
