| Congratulations ot the Leevale athletes selected on the Irish schools track and field team to compete at the schools international in Glasgow on 20th July. Excellent performances at the All Ireland schools and Tailteann Games (both sponsored by Kit Kat) resulted in the selection of Donna Hosford for the long jump; Greg O’Leary for the 100m hurdles; Kate Fitzgerald for the shot; Orla Coughlan and Orlaith McSweeney for the 4x100m relay. Commiserations to Damo. Also well done to the other Cork athletes selected, Ann Marie Cronin and Conor Sheehy, and all the other members of the teams. Have a great time in Glasgow. (Teams) |
