Sprint Training Returns

John Sheehan hopes that all his athletes have enjoyed the summer break and are ready an eager to start winter training.

Training will commence on Tuesday Oct 3rd and the schedule will be:
Tue: 6:30 – 8pm UCC
Thu: 6:30 – 8pm UCC
Sat: 11:30am – 1pm CIT
Sun: 11am -12:30pm

Details of circuit training schedule will be provided at training next week.
