Having done exceeding well all year at sprints, hurdles, high jump and long jump, Jack Murphy decided to compete in his first multievent competition yesterday at the National Juvenile Championships. He duly went on to set a number of PBs to take gold in the BU14 event by a substantial margin.
Jack had PBs in LJ (5.20m), hurdles (12.03s) and HJ (1.58m). His shot was 9m and his 800m in 2:32s.
