Ciarán Ó Lionáird is in unstoppable form Stateside at the moment and was in action again this weekend at the Atlantic Coast Conference Championships in North Carolina. Doubling up in the 1500m and 5000m, he first set another new PB in winning the 1500m final in 3:40.69, just inside the mark he set two weeks ago. Less than three hours later, he was back in action in the 5K event, taking the title in another massive new PB of 13:52.11. Both times were Championships Records.
