Juvenile Circuit training will commence on Friday Sept 16th at 6:30pm at the Leevale clubhouse in Dalton’s Avenue (located on the right at the entrance to Paul Street Car Park). This program is for athletes born during and before 2000. Training will he held on every Friday evening during the winter season. Athletes who decide to attend circuit training are expected to commit to attend every session in order to get the benefit of the program. Causal attendance is not an option.
Circuit training is an excellent way for athletes to simultaneously improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training format utilizes a group strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time period before moving on to the next exercise.
