There was another good from from Tim Twomey at last night’s Kinsale Regatta 5 Miler. On the fast downhill circuit, he ran a good 26:29 to finish 2nd to Alan O’Shea of Bantry, who had also won the Churchtown race just the night before. James Grufferty was also in the mix, back in 5th in 27:29.
