Ailis McSweeney got her indoor season off to a great start in Germany last night, bettering by one hundredth of a second her previous 60m best of 7.37 in the heats. In the final she upped her performance once again to take 2nd in another PB of 7.34. It is great to see Ailis in such good form so early in the season and she must surely now have her sights on the national 60m record of 7.30.
