The Ray D’Arcy\SPAR 5K Road Race Series takes place in a number of locations around the country next week. The races are at lunchtime (1 pm) each day and the entry fee is just €5. The Cork race is on Tuesday and is being held in conjunction with Leevale AC. The race will take place at the Marina circuit, the same flat, fast course that is already used for a number of BHAA races during the season. Changing facilities are available at the Lee Rowing Club on the Marina.
Additional volunteers for stewarding duties are most welcome at this stage. Please contact Donie Walsh directly or Leevale webmaster if you are available from 12-2 pm on Tuesday.
