The South Munster Schools’ Cross Country Championships took place at CIT yesterday and a number of Leevale athletes were in action. Top finishers on the day were Louise Shanahan and Eirne Ní Dheasmhunaigh, who were 3rd and 5th in the Junior Girls, as well as Chris Mintern and Philip Crowley who finished 2nd and 4th respectively in the Inter Boys.
