Several Leevale athletes were in action at yesterday’s Cork Community Games that were held at CIT. It was a good day for the girls with five of them taking medals. Silvers were won by Ella Scott, Chloe McCarthy, Katie and Aoife Lordan, and Emma Bickerdike took gold in the 800m and she now qualifies for the finals in Athlone in August.
