2013 Circuit Training

Circuit training will commence on Friday Sept 13th at 6:30pm at the Leevale clubhouse on Dalton’s Avenue (located across the road from the entrance to Paul Street Car Park; see location on map). This program is for athletes born during and before 2002. Training will he held every Friday evening for six months. Athletes who decide to attend circuit training are expected to commit to attend every session in order to get the benefit of the program. Causal attendance is not an option.

Circuit training is an excellent way for athletes to simultaneously improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training format utilizes a group strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time period before moving on to the next exercise.
