A total of five senior Leevale athletes have been selected on for the Irish team which will compete in European Athletics Team Championships in Dublin on 22/23 June. Leevale athletes make up 10% of the total team.

This is extra special for Michelle who receives her first senior international cap at major championships.
The 
Irish team will be competing against teams from eleven European countries in Santry in just over 9 days’ time. These teams are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland.
