Juvenile circuits will split into two groups from Friday 4th October. The coaches have decided to hold separate sessions for younger juvenile and junior athletes. This new structure will be implemented from October.
Group 1: U12-U15 athletes will train every Friday evening from 5:45pm – 7:00pm
Group 2: Junior athletes (U16- U19) will train every Friday evening from 6:45pm – 8:15pm
Please note the new times. Athletes will be informed of the new groups and times at this week’s circuit training.
