It is that time of year again: cross country season. The season opens with the county even age juvenile championships in Carrignavar on October 6th and will be followed one week later Oct 13th in West Muskerry with the uneven age juveniles.
Athletes interested in competing must inform their coaches as entries for these events will close on Sept 27th. Athletes who do not express an interest will not be entered.
A practice run will take place at CIT track on Tuesday 24th September for all juvenile athletes interested in competing for the cross country season.

October 13th – County juvenile uneven age & Intermediate X-Country, West Muskerry
October 27th – Munster Juvenile even age, U23 & Novice X-Country, Limerick Race course
November 3rd – County Junior & Senior X-Country, Riverstick
November 10th – Munster Juvenile Uneven age & Intermediate X-Country, Castlelyons
November 17th – AAI Juvenile even age & Inter County X-Country
December 15th – AAI Juvenile uneven age & Novice X-Country
