The official launch of the Leevale 2013 meet takes place at the River Lee Hotel at 6:45 pm on Friday 12th April. All club members are encouraged to come along.
The Leevale meet is unique in the athletics calendar, providing top class competition for senior and juvenile athletes. Entries are up again this year, with many athletes using the meet to achieve international qualification standards.
This year the meet will be launched by our own Lizzie Lee. Lizzie was a member of the Irish women’s team which recently won the European Women’s Cross-country Championships and finished 5th in the World Cross Country Championships.
