The photo above was taken in 1969, just two years after the Fr. Matthews and Hilltown club were amalgamated to form Leevale AC. It features some familiar faces: current club president, Finbarr O’Brien, club chairman, Liam Horgan, and club coach, Tony Shine (who had to stoop to fit in the photo!).
