On Friday 12 April there will be a throws workshop at CIT, 7-9 pm. Athletes 12+ and coaches are welcome.
The John Buckley Cork Graded Series 2013 dates have also been announced. The graded meets are a great opportunity to get quality track & field competition in a more relaxed environment than in championship events. The first meet is on 15 May, and the series run throughput the summer until August.
