It was a busy weekend on the road scene as races took place in Cork each of the three days.
Finbarr O’Dwyer, Mark Bickerdike, Denis O’Mahony and Michael Lucey were all well up there in the 4 miler that was held in Inniscarra on Friday evening.
Meanwhile, at the Ballyclough 5K on Saturday, Carol Finn was 3rd in the ladies’ race.
Yesterday the big event was the 10K in Dunmanway. Orla Hayes took another 3rd for Leevale in a time of 40:14, while Darragh Canavan had a good run also in 6th overall.
