The AAI Juvenile Relay Championships took place today in Tullamore. It was an early start for the nine travelling Leevale teams, with the bus leaving Patrick’s Quay at 6:15am.
All the teams performed really well, winning a total of four gold and three silver team medals, ensuring Leevale were one of the top clubs again this year. The performance of the day has to go to the boys under 14 team who not only won the race in impressive style but also set a new national record of 50.18.
