There were some impressive performances at last Friday’s Graded T&F Leagues, particularly from Sinéad O’Connor, who ran a fast 9:58 in the 3K, and from Colm Sheehan and Ben Thistlewood who were both under 8:40 to finish 2nd and 3rd.
