There were some great Leevale showings at the final Cork Graded League at CIT last night. The summer league series has been a good success this year.
Michelle and Carol Finn were big winners on the night with Michelle taking wins in the 3K (9:41) and 1500m (4:48). Carol is in flying form at the moment and had an impressive win in the 800m in 2:13. Conor Walter was right in the mix in a very competitive 800m race, and finished 4th in a new PB of 1:51.90, which was a great performance from the young athlete.
In the 3K, Colm Sheehan had a good win in 8:39 and Chris Harrington continues his comback, 4th in 8:59.
