John Sheehan in conjunction with Mardyke Arena has arranged an Easter Athletics Camp. This is open to all Leevale’s junior & senior competitive athletes
Date: April 22nd, 23rd & 24th
Time: 12- 3pm
Location: Mardyke Arena
Experts including Paddy Fay, Brian Corcoran & Deirdre Twomey will provide athletes with practical coaching and information on:
- Strength & Conditioning
- Video Analysis
- Biometrics
- Injury Prevention
- Physiotherapy
- Hydrotherapy
- Nutrition
COST: €20 per athlete
