Juvenile circuit training starts this Sunday Sept 14th 10:30am – 12pm in the Leevale Clubhouse in Dalton’s Avenue (adjacent to the vehicle entrance to Paul Street Car Park).
Who should attend? Athletes who train at CIT (ask your coach if you can attend circuit training).
Circuit training is an excellent way for runners to simultaneously improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training format utilizes group strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another.
