In another busy week on the roads, Aisling Moran won the Clonpriest 5K which was held in hot conditions near Youghal on Wednesday evening. In the same race, Darragh Canavan finished 5th in the men’s event.
At Thrusday night’s BHAA race in Rochestown, Finbar O’Dwyer won the M40 category, while Rob Patterson finished just behind in 6th overall. John O’Leary also took the honours in the M70 category.
In Kilfinane, Co. Limerick on Friday night, John O’Connell competed in the 5 miler and finished 4th.
