It was a big weekend on the roads as a number of big events took place in Cork, Munster and beyond.
Lizzie Lee had a big win in the Waterford Half, her 74:30 showing that she is right back in form again. Chris Harrington also had an impressive outing, 4th in a strong field in 69:09.

In Clonakilty there were 10K, half marathon and full marathon events, where Nollaig O’Neill had a great win the full, 3:01:26 her finishing time.
Barry Donovan is another athlete who is right back in form again, having been plagued by injury over the past number of years. He had a impressive win in today’s Glenville 4 miler. Brian Hegarty finished 5th in the same race.
