The Easter weekend is always a busy one on the roads and this year was no exception, with a range of races to choose from throughout Munster. Finbarr O’Dwyer is a hugely improved athlete this season, and he had a great win in Doneraile on Friday evening, covering the hilly 5K course in 16 mins to take victory by a large margin.
On Easter Monday, local Leevale athletes Michelle and Carol Finn finished 1-2 in the Boherbue-Kiskeam 4 miler, where Finbarr O’Dwyer also finished 5th in the men’s race.
