This weekend saw a multitude of road races throughout Cork, and a number of Leevale athletes were in action. In Courtmacsherry on Friday evening, marathon man Owen Casey had a comfortable win, covering the 10K distance in 34:03. On the same evening, Donal Coffey had a good 2nd in Milstreet. On Sunday, Darragh Canavan finished 4th in an 8K trail race in Fota.
