Leevale athletes travelled to Tullamore yesterday to compete in the All Ireland Schools’ Track & Field Championships. This was the 100th anniversary of this prestigious meet in the juvenile athletics calendar.
Leevale Results:
- Jack Murphy, gold in the senior boys 110m hurdles 14.98
- Charlie O’Donovan, silver in the intermediate boys 1500m
- Wymin Sivakumar, bronze in the junior boys triple jump with a 11.48m PB
- Padraig O’Callaghan, bronze in the intermediate boys hammer with a 49.49m PB
- Andre Christie, silver the senior boys hammer with 49.75m
- Molly Healy, bronze in the senior girls pole vault with 2.80m
