Last Sunday morning, the Gas Networks Ireland BHAA 5K took place at the Marina circuit. The men’s race was won by Alan O’Shea, from Seán McGrath in 2nd, Eric Curran of Leevale in 3rd and Tim Twomey just behind in 4th. In the ladies’ race, Carmel Parnell finished 2nd overall.
