On September 16th Leevale men’s junior squad will travel to Leiria in Portugal to compete in the European Junior Clubs Cup Championships. The 20-strong squad will compete against clubs from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Denmark, Greece, Montenegro, Slovenia & Israel.
In order to assist the athletes raise money towards the cost of the trip, a table quiz will be held at the Market Tavern on Anglesea street at 8pm, Friday September 2nd. Each quiz team will comprise of 4 members and the cost of entry is €40 per table.
We encourage all club members, family & friends to come along and support this worthy fundraising event.
