Circuit training for athletes aged 12+ is back on Fridays at the High Performance Centre, 6:00 to 7:30 pm, starting on Friday 20th October.
Circuit training is an excellent way for athletes to improve mobility, strength, stamina and speed. The sessions are suited to all athletes and everyone can benefit from these sessions.
During circuit training many different exercises are completed one exercise after another with breaks in between.
Circuits will take place as usual this Friday, 3 November.
