Preparations are well underway for the annual Leevale T&F meet.
Once again, the juvenile and junior/senior programmes will take place on separate weekends. The juvenile programme will be on Sunday 22rd April, with the action getting underway at CIT track at 11am. The senior programme will be on the Bank Holiday Monday 7th May at 11:30am, also at CIT track. This dates are ideal for athletes seeking to achieve international standards or simply looking to put down a marker for the outdoor T&F season.
This year the senior programme will incorporate a Throwers Festival and medley relays as well as a standard programme including junior and youth events for those looking for qualification marks. In recent years, we have had athletes achieve international qualification in the hammer, sprint hurdles, 400m hurdles, 100m, 200m, 400m & 800m events. We hope that 2018 will be just as successful. Electronic timing will be in place for all track events and there will be cash prizes for senior events.

NOTE: There is no online entry for the juvenile events; just turn up on the day and compete.
