There was no shortage of medals and magnificent performances by Leevale athletes at the Irish Life Health Masters Indoor Championships in Athlone on Sunday.
Finbarr O Dwyer won the M45 800m in 2.07.40. John Corr then did the double in the M45 winning both the 60m and 200m sprints in 7.51 and 24.57 respectively. Annette Quaid also had a double winning the W40 400m 59.58 in and 200m in 27.32. Brian Wall won the M35 long jump with 5.54m. James Grufferty rounded off the medal haul when he took bronze in the M35 3000m in 9:33.88.
