On Sunday the National Spring Throws took place in Tullamore Harriers Grounds. There were podium finishes for Katie Kingston in the U18 Javelin (500g) with a massive throw of 39.81m, and Micheal Healy in the Senior Men Discus with a winning throw of 43.91m
