The Leevale Open Sports will take place this year on Saturday 16th April 2011, and will again be a one-day event with a combined juvenile and senior\junior programme. Like last year, the venue will be the CIT track, Bishopstown. The 16th is an ideal date in the spring athletics calendar, sitting between the end of the indoor season and the start of the outdoors. It is the weekend before Easter, two weeks before the IUAA T&F Championships, and three weeks before the County Juvenile Championships, and so is an ideal build-up for many of the early summer championship events.
Online entry for senior events is now closed. You can still enter on the day at the check-in desk up to one hour before your event start time.
Juveniles do not need to enter in advance.
Entry fees are payable at the gate only. There is no additional charge to enter events thereafter, apart from relays. The entry fees are as follows:

Check-in information: Juvenile athletes should check in at the start of their events – listen for PA announcements on the day. Senior\junior athletes should check in to receive their numbers at the stand side of the track. Check in closes an hour before each event.
